Medieval Knights
During the Middle Ages these brave and strong men fought for their king. There were many types and styles of armor and weapons, all very heavy and bulky. Here are a few wonderful examples. Every piece is carefully detailed in pewter, and many are hand-painted with gold highlights. Nicely decorated box with each one.

Pewter Knight with Pike Fully protected within his suit of armor, this knight is holding a Pike. The Pike was used as a means to combat enemies on horseback. The spear end could apply significant injury to a knight in armor, or a knight's horse. Horse armor was developed to counteract such injuries but the sheer force applied from a long pole, or pike, was extremely effective against horses. This figurine is made of fine pewter and is beautifully crafted in detail and painted with gold trim. The pike is removeable from the figure. Height 4.5" (11.43 cm).
